This is the 4th variation of the Clear Speeder. It is built on a clear green plastic base with chrome & clear dark blue trapezoid 5-spoke style wheels and clear windows with an unpainted metal interior.
This model debuted in 2014 in the HW City: Future Fleet series and is still produced today. It was designed by Leeway Chang.
