This is the 1st variation of the Cyclops. It is built on a blue plastic base with yellow Manson Cheung 5-spoke style wheels and red-tinted windows with a yellow interior.
This model debuted in 2020 in the Marvel Character Cars series and is still produced today. It was designed by Lindsey Lee.
