This is the 1st variation of the Elsa. It is built on a light blue metal base with clear blue Ryu Asada 6-spoke style wheels and clear windows with a blue interior.
This model debuted in 2018 in the Disney Character Cars series and is still produced today. It was designed by Lindsey Lee.
