This is the 1st variation of the Mulan. It is built on a blue plastic base with Black Phil Riehlman 5-spoke style wheels and black-tinted windows with a white interior.

This model debuted in 2020 in the Disney Character Cars series and is still produced today. It was designed by Tyler Charest.
